“Hi I haven’t received my card”

“I ordered the card and it arrived very quick. But the site also said it would send a radar key with the card order. Sorry to say i did not receive a key. But have used the card already and helped me a lot”

“I haven't needed to use it yet, but I think it's a great idea as I've had many times I've needed to use a cafe toilet and been questioned as I've not purchased anything, and I also worry about being questioned when using the facilities. So hopefully this will be a big help.”

“Hi, I have not used my card as yet as due to other health problems I don't tend to go out much and when I do I know where all the available toilets are but am sure that I will use it at some point”

“When you ask do you have a toilet they say it's not working I ask for a disabled one they say no now I show them my ( Cid ) ok ok my b&b card and all the toilets are fixed ,👍👍”

“The card has helped me out a couple of times, although not many shops in Sheffield know about it. I had to explain to some. And I can't get the app for my phone as I don't have apple. I run android.”
