“Took a while to get here but all is good”

“I have not at this moment used the card but I have got it in my purse ready to use and when I am out and about more in the summer I will find this card handy.”

“I didn't know that you could get a card until an advisor told me. I applied straight away for it &the disabled toilet key. I don't think enough people know who are indeed of both. I thank my advisor and I thank yourself for the card for when I'm out in the hour in need. So thankfully grateful one happy customer xxx”

“I sent for the card on behalf of Shirley Pitman as she isn’t on the internet. She is more than pleased with it, as she has been caught out on many occasions and she says it is a real lifeline for her.”

“I have found the card really useful and it has helped me out of several messy situations. I think it would be great to raise more awareness amongst shops and public areas so that staff know what the cards are and the help means to users. Maybe a discrete sign could be displayed in these places do us card users would feel more comfortable asking staff to use their facilities.”

“It’s very useful however It isn’t well known or accepted by many. This is probably due to a lack of understanding in the general population plus difficulties in allowing non staff into private areas within shops businesses etc.”

“I've been able to use my card in a shop that didn't have a public. I felt secure and didn't need to have any panic situations. I really do thank my sister for helping me for the card”

“I was in Germany and they let me use the handicap toilets without any problems. I really ca go visiting now. Was at a place where they have said that I needed a key do you know what it is about. Thanks Best Regards Azami Berridge”
