“I’m very new into my journey so basically just reading posts for now. One thing that I would find so helpful is a breakdown of the acronyms associated with bladder and bowel issues. Maybe someone could start a file on the page. Thank you”

Hi there Janet, So sorry to hear you've not received your Just Can't Wait card - if you applied online it would be a digital version, which would be downloaded directly to your smartphone. “Well I was struggling to get information on bladder /bowel /catheter I was looking for a self help / forum and instead I got a message to ring a A catheter nurse to then ps not every one has acesd to the technology for a just cant wait card doubly unimpressed. bother a busy district nurse at the weekend being an ex nurse I was not impressed.”

“It is the only site I have come across that offer help and advice with both conditions. It makes sufferers who are sometimes at there wits end feel comfortable asking for help and or advice without feeling embarrassed. There always someone worse off but everyone wants to help. “I’ve just undergone prostate surgery after waiting for over a year because of the Covid pandemic, was given every prostate and bladder tablet going and nothing worked, after my surgery the Bladder & Bowel community gave me a Urgency toilet card, I’d wish my GP had gave me this card before my surgery, I can’t thank the Bladder & Bowel community for this card and piece of mind.”
