“The wallet pass is good to have. But I was concerned that as soon as I signed up I was contacted via the phone number I gave by a bladder medical specialist in Liverpool. Obviously selling data?”

“This is very helpful when you are desperate. However, there are some shops that are unaware of this and will not budge when asked to use the toilets and are shown the card.”

“I never heard of this app/card before until I was told by a lady in b and q after not being able to use there loo, I'm only 47 and it's very embarrassing when you got to ask to use a loo and when you say that I suffer from water infection I get a look of disgust so I will hope this app takes all the embarrassing thoughts away.”
