“Thank you for my card I only hope I don’t have to use it very often on bad days I try not to go out as although I can’t wait to visit toilet I could be in there s least two hours like this morning as I was home . Need to see IBD doctor again .”

“Got the card arrived really quickly in the post. It's a great card to have. It's ashame that you can only get app in the App Store for iPhone's. Because I have a Samsung & it's not available in the Play Store.”

“It has worked in some cofee houses but naming and shaming Costa in Camden who said even after showing the card that I had to purchase something, even though I explained and showed the card. Some coffee houses have said 'what is that' meaning they need to be educated better but overall thank you it really helps.”

“I carry the card and a Radar key in my bag with me almost everywhere now. They have helped take some of the worry out of being able gain access to a toilet quickly out.”

“Hello, I haven't had to use the card yet, but just knowing I've got it makes me feel safer, however when out and about a radar key would be quite handy. I am sure when I need to use the card, it will come as a great help.”

“Having the Just Can’t Wait card will be a great help to me when either shopping or on holiday. To know I can go out and about without searching for toilets will make such a difference to me”

“Applying for the card was so easy and it has definitely made me more confident when I go out knowing I have it, however I have found 90% of people I have spoken to, or businesses I have approached, haven't ever heard of the card, so the explanation can be some what embarrassing sometimes. If advertised better to businesses I think this would make things much easier.”

“Learnt so much from this site, including about the can't wait card! Never knew it existed. Already used it and found it a lot easier just to show the card to staff rather than explain my problem! Recommend it to my brother in law who is in need!”

“I’m pleased to have been introduced to a community of people who share the difficulties we face each day. The just can’t wait card has already been useful and saved me from an embarrassing situation. I do think that it needs better promotion to the wider community though (such as large department stores etc...) Being part of this community has helped me to feel less isolated and more confident in expressing concerns or issues with others.”

“I have not yet used my card but it is a nice feeling knowing I have it with me incase of an emergency as I tend to always be stressed when out about needing to know where the nearest toilet is, I think it is a great idea and on my bad days will be very helpful”
