“With the current stay indoors restrictions it has not been needed but I do find it has given me an easing of anxiousness just having the card in my wallet. Does this sound daft as I’m not going out daily at present? The answer is no but it is not just that obviously being at home a toilet is at hand but also knowing that when I do go out I have two tools in my “armoury”. One is controlling my intake and planning ahead and the other is the card. This has reduced this anxiety issue which means consciously or unconsciously my mind is not focusing on the issue. I have learnt that if I verbally tell my brain to tell my bladder to hold on just a little longer the urgency eases for just a little longer. Thank you.”

“Form was easy to fill in and the card arrived in days. Almost straight away I used it and it was accepted, makes going out a lot less scary, and will again once lockdown is over. Thank you”

“The card arrived within a couple of days, even in the middle of a pandemic! Also had a follow up from a really nice, friendly member of staff... who seemed genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Great service, really impressed, have told everyone I know.”
