Tried to order my can’t wait card 3 times and still I have not received it, someone from the bladder and bowel community contacted me and have been very helpful and apologetic. I have now received my card, thank you to the team for all your help

No one accepts it all retail stores wont let you use staff toilets.

Hi. I first applied for a card on 12 July. I keep getting e.mails saying it has been sent. As at yesterday Thurs 22nd August I still have not received it. Please can you look into it or do I need my doctor to request it. Thank you. Lynda Palmer
