“Hi. I first applied for a card on 12 July. I keep getting e.mails saying it has been sent. As at yesterday Thurs 22nd August I still have not received it. Please can you look into it or do I need my doctor to request it. Thank you. Lynda Palmer”

“I lost my card unfortunatly. Ordered a mew one bust heard nothing. I had used it a few times nut in general most retailers had never hesrd of it including boots. Most i had to explain first. TK max came up trumps asking no questions just showing me where the toilet was.”
