“When I applied first for can’t wait card it was in December but it never arrived. So I sent a. Email telling you and very quickly you sent another one which arrived within 3-5 days. So was very pleased with your response.”

“Little delay but covid must be to blame with postage delays. It's free and such a peace of mind knowing I can go anywhere and be entitled to use their toilets.”

“Using an app and showing that I need go to toilet can’t wait app card was good idea but need more people be aware of it. Had most of them refused to let me go to toilet urgently.”
