“A useful forum for sharing and gaining good ideas for everyday issues facing those with bladder and bowel disorders. As a sufferer of ulcerative colitis; subsequent stoma and then J pouch construction, I’ve found that for me personally, there’s limited information to be found.”

“Good service once I had managed to establish email contact I think it was difficult to sort an actual physical card I do not understand why we have to send a cheque and not a BAC transfer- very old fashioned”

“The advice on the website is good. It’s a shame that the app doesn’t work as it’s supposed to. It’s supposed to show where available toilets are but it doesn’t so is actually a waste of time apart from having the card on your phone if you haven’t got the actual card on you.”
