“They are a great place with a good response, when you conntact them, the, card is a lot better than the fist one I had years ago as my other got damaged.”

“Please can you start doing keyring card or give opchen to choose which card you want eg normal card or keyring card as i would of liked the keyring card then cant lose it or forget it as i take keys with me every were i go. 😀”

“Yes thankyou, have received the card. Not really sure how to use it and do all shops understand about it as I would feel very embarrassed about asking somewhere if I could use their toilet to be told No. Could you perhaps please elaborate. Many thanks.”

“The card arrived quickly but I have found that some businesses/places do not recognise it and won't allow you to use their services. This is not helped that Covid has closed lots of toilets.”

“I went to boots to do some shopping and they refused to let me use the toilet, even though I showed them the bladder and bowel card but they said they don’t recognise the card”
