“Very helpful in that I feel less isolated now The 'Just can't wait' card has been extremely helpful, I have used it a couple of times and it has made asking to use the loo a lot less embarrassing”

“I recieved it and was a little shocked by the fact that the cover image was elderly people. As a 21 year old with bowel issues I already struggle with anxiety about my condition and telling people about it as they always corrilate bowel problems with the elderly and its embarrassing. I think that things like this shouldn't be always aimed at the elderly. I spoke to others about this and they agree as young people”
