“I am really happy now I have the card but haven’t used it yet but just having it gives me confidence. I did try to load the app on my phone but it didn’t work which was disappointing.”

“I was so pleased and happy when I received my card and gave me peace of mind when going out in case I needed the toilet urgently. On a visit to Debenhams, Flemingate, Beverley I needed to go to the toilet so showed my card to an assistant who said no I couldn't and noticed the toilets had a baracade across the entrance. I said it was urgent and he asked the Manager who said no due to the cleaner having gone home. I showed her the card and explained it was urgent, she suggested I try the takeaway pizza place or the station 5 minutes away. I left and rushed home to find I had had an accident and needed to shower and change. I have emailed Debenhams and we exchanging emails, Customer Services said there should have been a disabled toilet available and another one said sorry for the inconvenience. I explained that it was not just inconvenient but distressing and embarrassing and that I carry the card due to a bowel condition. I am waiting for the Manager of Debenhams to contact me but feel I could be waiting a long time. I will update you if I hear from them.”
