Hi Samantha, I'm sorry to hear that your card hasn't arrived yet. I can see that it was processed and sent out so I can only assume that it has been lost in the post somewhere. Hi Nicholas. I'm sorry that your card hasn't arrived. I've had a look and it was processed and sent out on 14th December. I apologise that it hasn't turned up and I will get another one sent out to you as soon as possible. Kind regards B&BC Team

Hi Frances, I apologise for the delay in receiving your card. I have spoken to the people who fulfil the card requests and they have informed me there has been a delay in sending out the cards due to the Christmas holidays. I've popped one in the post for you yesterday so it should be with you shortly. Once again, I'm very sorry for the delay, we hope you find the card useful!

“I can’t give a star rating I’ve not received my card as yet but when I get it I am sure it will be an asset for me, I have to go to the toilet quite a lot I can not hold it I also take water tablets so mornings are taken up with going to the toilet often and getting to a public toilet is difficult because of a bad back walking is difficult and slow so when I get my card and I get out and about I ll be able to give you a better review”

I can see your order placed on the 4th December and it has been processed from our end so I can only assume that unfortunately, it looks like it has been lost in the post. Hi Margaret, I can see that we received your order for a free Just Can't Wait Card on the 19/11/17. It was posted out the following day so it looks like this has been lost in the post somewhere. I apologise that you haven't had your card yet, I will get another one sent to you as soon as possible.
