“I came acroos the B&BC after my succesful entry to the London Marathon 2026. I am 62 and come from a family decimated by Prostate Cancer. When running a marathon my first thought is toilets. Thank you so much for such a great initiative, particularly with respect to the Apple Wallet notice of urgent need. Also for all the great information about how to treat Prostate Cancer, as well as all of the other ailments that people can be afflicted by.Very much appreciated.”

“I've always been helped with any issues or questions. I was given really helpful advice when I asked how I can get rid of nappy rash, I had the worst nappy rash and nothing was working until you gave me the advice and now my nasty nappy rash has almost gone.”

“I was totally taken aback by the sharpness and tone of the male person who rang me to make an enquiry , that's the sole reason for my low star rating, however my daughter who has organised my toilet pass has dealt with it. I am still waiting for my actual card as she requested digitally for mobile use and one for me to have on my person, I would appreciate that being looked into please.”

You're right, the plastic card comes at a small charge which simply covers the cost of packaging and posting the card to you.
