“My nurse is very good talks to me on the phone I just wished I could have had a district nurse come in more often .A support group would be a great idea .”

Dear Deborah, Thank you for sharing your experience, we are aware that some retailers can be reluctant which is a shame - we have to remind ourselves that the card is designed to be a discreet way of asking for help, it can't become a demand for toilet access. It sounds like you ultimately gained the help you needed - we continue to work to educate people around bladder and bowel conditions in order to improve access. We believe people need help understanding the issues others face, and that next time this member of staff sees a Just Can't Wait Card, he'll know what it's for. “DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I LOST MY CARD AND I CONTACTED YOU AND I DIDN'T GET A REPLACEMENT CARD. I WANTED A PLASTIC CARD NOT ONE ON MY PHONE.”

Dear Paul, We're sorry to hear you're not happy with our service - unfortunately it's just not sustainable for us to provide free replacements for cards which have been lost. We understand your preference for a traditional card, so would kindly ask you to purchase a replacement card via our website. The digital card can be added as a backup, should you ever wish to do so. “wanted a can`t wait card,but do not have the phone to get it,so do not wish to pay £3.95 x2 for a plastic card i feel this is unfair, i know its not the b&b `s fault at the same time it is not husbands& my fault either that we cannot use the technology on offer,other than that i have not had any dealings with the b&b community. thank you jen.”

Hi there Jen, Thank you so much for your feedback, and we very much understand. The increasing cost of postage and printing has meant we just couldn't continue to provide the traditional plastic card for free. A plastic card is £2.95, and we recognise that some people may wish to buy more than one. We will consider this for future enhancements. “I was diagnosed with Diverticular Disease many years ago and stopped eating things like seeds and nuts, but after reading your website site I decided gave peanuts another try. And I learned that I was right many years ago to leave them out of my diet as my bowels still cannot tolerate them.”
