“I didn’t know you can use this pass. I have used the t in one store and that was TK Max, however I tried to use it in boots and the staff member wasn’t aware this. She then asked the store manager who allowed me to use there staff toilets..it’s a great pass especially when you have bladder issues and can’t get to a public toilet”

“Georgia and Lauren, who run the PTNS clinic in Stevenage, are excellent - competent, friendly and reassuring. I was frustrated that it took 2 1/2 years from my consultation and finally starting the treatment. I don't know if it was because of huge waiting list or my request being mislaid until I requested b&b in Hatfield to chase it up. It is a very helpful treatment, although a shame that it is only available in Stevenage on Thursdays.”

“I spoke to a representative of the company who explained the delivery service, which I hoped to be able to use. I also wanted to save the Just Can't Wait card to my phone, which I wasn't able to do without saving to a Wallet and entering my payment details. I don't want to enter my payment details as I understand the delivery service is free so I see no need for it. Unless I have been mislead and I will have to pay. I feel like I am being pushed into giving bank details that I can't see the need for.”

Hi there Susan, Thank you for your detailed feedback - and we're sorry to hear of any concern caused. The Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are designed for payment card use, but as far as we are aware, it is not mandatory to add a payment card to be able to use the wallet for other cards such as tickets or your Just Can't Wait Card. You. may be prompted to add a card, but you can simply ignore this. We'd like to reassure you that the Just Can't Wait Card has no payment function in itself, and is simply housed in the same place as your payment cards (should you wish to house them here). “I had searched for some time for a group discussing issues connected to incontinence. I found nothing and felt very frustrated. I considered creating a blog about it. I had taken the hospital classes, which offered nothing but slogans and a course in "mindfulness." Faced with an upcoming flight from Australia to the US and having no idea how I would manage it, I found this site. I explained my situation and asked for travel tips. I was immediately overwhelmed by the number of responses I received within a day! A group of people who understood what I was dealing with and were willing to share their solutions. I am now looking forward to that trip and sharing my experiences with others. I cannot thank this community (and that is what they are!) enough!”
