“This is the second Black Yak I have purchased, 1st one still going strong after 15 Years, just decided a different colour was required.
Online service was excellent, including the call to confirm the size ordered, delivery up to northern Scotland was very quick, much better that some of the other online retails i have used in the past.
Really nice touch with the hand written note on the back of the photo.”
“Bought these mittens for my ageing father who suffers from arthritis and his hands get cold. These are great as he can slip them on quite easily. After 10 minutes wearing them his hands were warming up nicely. He’s happy and so am I. I would say that Black yak should shout a bit more about these lovely products coming from Nepal. It’s so refreshing to still find high quality artisan type goods at a reasonable price. Black Yak also give a personal touch to the order with a hand written note. Nice people to do business with.”
“Weve bought Black Yak hats...Really nice, warm, stunning designs. Love the fleece inside. We've had 4 now, won't use anything else.
The last hat we bought was from their online shop. Really easy to use , loads of choice, and the hat came in next to no time. Fabulous company and products.”
“Excellent service and such well made clothing. When I buy from Black Yak, I know the items are well made from top quality materials, and will last. The prices are very reasonable too!”
