“Really pleased with everything I have ever bought from Black Yak. In my opinion the hats are the best of their kind, not itchy because lined. Also bought a gorgeous felt keyring and Christmas baubles.”
“Fast delivery. were very helpful when I had to return the beanie hat as I had ordered wrong colour. The replacement came first class post and with a stamped addressed envelope for the beanie hat that had to be returned. No fuss and so helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this company.”
“Beautiful compfy wrist warmers , brilliant for dog walking and for wearing in the house (when you are trying to save on heating) Arrived quickly . Soft and warm .”
“Bought a gorgeous pair of red woollen mittens. Well made and very cosy! Plus, they arrived so fast I couldn't believe it! And with a nice handwritten note and no plastic packaging. I'm so impressed I'll definitely be ordering from Black Yak again and recommending them to friends. Thank you!”
“I have bought a few jumpers from Black Yak, and they have kept me lovely and warm throughout the winter. They are comfortable to wear. As they are hand knitted the fit is different on each one, so it is important to give your measurements when ordering. The staff work hard to give you the best fit and best service.
I am wearing a Black Yak jumper whilst typing this review. I am also helping with 'Fair Trade'.”
“bought a shoulder bag from Black Yak. Excellent quality.
Good to know by buying from this company that they are helping people in Napal by using Fair Trade”
“Excellent quality gloves arrived very quickly. One small complaint was that the insulation appears to be on outside of one glove and the inside of another, so I appear to have received to rights or two lefts. Not that this distracts from the quality of the gloves at all, they are the best fingerless mitts I have bought.”
