“Firstly, I love the jumper! I was very impressed by the immediate response confirming my order and by the fact that somebody took the trouble to ring me to confirm my details to make sure that the jumper would fit. It then arrived extremely promptly. A lovely garment, delivered promptly and efficiently by a great team at Black Yak.”
“usual great products with interesting bright stylish colours. Don't get these styles in the high street, friends think they are great.
Keep up the good work”
“Very friendly customer service. Rang to inform me they had sent wrong garment by mistake. All sorted very efficiently. Pleased with quality of clothing.”
“Lovely product and lovely staff - wrong colour socks sent, but an immediate offer to change them was made. We didn't need to take up the offer, but good to know that we could have done, had we wished.”
“A friend bought me a beany hat for my birthday and since then I have purchased two ....... as a wedding present! for a couple who love the outdoors. There is such a choice of wonderful colours and it's so good to know that the products are responsibly sourced. Thoroughly recommended.”
“Ordered the fleece-lined wool fingerless gloves which were very cosy and great to take camping with me - didn't take up too much space in my bag during the day, and kept my hands warm without losing manoeuvrability at night. I was disappointed to discover that despite being wool gloves, the fleece lining was polyester, but they were still very comfortable and I don't regret the purchase.”
“Brilliant service I said on the order I have a long back and they rang me up to discuss the size. They found me a large with a longer back perfect fit and the best jumper I have ever owned.”
