“Very happy with the prompt service, and appreciated being contacted regarding the size of the item before dispatch. The quality of the garment was excellent and was give as a present, and the person who received it was delighted.”
“love the gloves..beautiful colours and event more cosy than expected. I like the info about the people in Nepal who made the gloves. I would like to know more about whether they are a fair trade product. Also the packaging was good on the inside, but I would have preferred it if you hadn't sent it in a plastic bag. Still , all in all Im glad I bought from you”
“Great quality. Exactly as advertised. Prompt delivery. Will be buying more. Personal email regarding the other hat i bought i thought was great customer service. Will be buying more”
“I LOVE my “dog” hat and so do my friends. It has come just in time as I’ve worn it in heavy snow today and it’s kept me cosy and dry up top. This is my 2nd Black Yak hat. The first was bought on a stall in York several years ago and is as good as new. Great products, thank you.”
“Amazing service. Arrived very quickly, great value for money.
I have two pairs of fingerless gloves now. They are warm, comfortable to wear and great for outdoor play with my Nursery class.”
“Perfect service when buying my 2nd earflap hat. Communication was brilliant.
First one is still perfect I just felt like a different colour. Had it for probably more than 10 years and worn loads as I live in Scotland.
I found getting correct size the only problem. New one is bigger but fine. A size on first one would have been great. Susan from Peebles”
“I recently bought a winter snowboarding hat from black yak and I am over the moon with my purchase. I highly recommend shopping at back yak the quality of the hat was top notch. I will be shopping at back yak again fantastic service.”
“I ordered a pair of wrist warmers for my son. They came within a day or so of ordering which is great given the current postal issues due to covid and the gloves themselves are lovely.”
“After 1 day I knew this is my favorite jumper ever. Thick heavy warm and thanks to the Black Yak making sure of the sizing, fits perfectly. It is as if it were made for me. And it does some good in the world. Perfect.”
