"I'm very happy with the green wool snood I bought. Fast delivery. High quality item and just what I needed to keep out the snow, high winds and horizontal driving rain in the North Pennines. Keeps my neck protected and when the weather gets bad, I can hitch it up on my hat and have all round protection. Also dries very quickly on a normal radiator. So all good."

"Delighted with my new hat. Colours are lovely. Parcel arrived within a couple of days. Great service from the Black Yak Team.\r\nI hope my new hat lasts as long as my original hat bought by my husband as a Christmas present at least 10 years ago \ud83e\udd23"

"Lovely hat (bought to replace one I'd had before from Black Yak years ago, much loved, and then foolishly washed at too high a temperature- they are pure wool, so don't do this!). Very happy with this hat."
