“I wanted to replace my now, rather old and slightly tatty mittens, as I liked my last pair so much. Ordering was easy, I appreciated the e mail to me checking out size required and the very prompt dispatch of the mittens. The new pair arrived with a little hand written note telling me to call if the size wasnt suitable, which just makes you feel a real person who cares is at the other end of the sale. I prefer mittens to gloves as I find them much warmer, these are lovely colours, well made and based on my last pair, the fleece lined wool is hardwearing, comfortable and offers a degree of waterproofing on wet days.”
