“I found using this site very easy, I put in what I was looking for and it appeared. It couldn't have been easier.”

Helpful Report

“I researched this website as my vet had put my dog on an allergy diet. Buying from the vet directly was extremely expensive & I couldn't believe how much cheaper it was on your site. Consequently I set up a direct debit for a monthly order. Each month I get a timely reminder by email & am able to easily cancel the order if I don't need it. The money isn't lifted & the order is postponed to the following month. The delivery is extremely quick. I live in Northern Ireland & have had no problems, never running out of the food. It is delivered to my door in waterproof packaging. A brilliant service!”

Helpful Report

“Very impressed with the level of customer service. An item I ordered via Amazon was recently stolen when the delivery driver left it in the wrong place; I didn't have much hope for recourse with this, but within 24 hours the company had responded to my message, apologised for the inconvenience (despite it not being their fault), and then arranged for a replacement to immediately be despatched. Thank you to Kate from Customer Services for helping to resolve this so quickly - I'll certainly be using your company again and will be recommending Direct 4 Pet to friends and family as somewhere to shop with confidence.”
