“This is the 1st time I've used Direct 4 Pets & I am very pleased with the service. The price was very competitive & the Royal Mail delivery was great, unlike some of the dodgy couriers used by some companies. As our poor cat will be on medication for the rest of his days I am more than happy to buy future supplies from Direct 4 Pets.”

“have not got delivery yet as gave a business address and Hermes are great at delivering at weekend no offence but who is going to be at a business address between 5 to 7 pm on a Saturday? If I had known u use Hermes I would have never ordered from you as had so many parcels just never arrive because they never factor in a business address Only tried two attempts before telling me it was sending it back to you and again late in the day after we close.”

Helpful Report

“Brilliant service, amazing products, fast delivery. Thank you, will use again.”
