Told me I had I had insurance claims which I never made and just kept telling me to prove it otherwise and then wouldn't fully refund.

Took an insurance out, answered all they asked got sold the insurance then went on holiday, once I got back realised they’ve cancelled my insurance! They gave me no reason as to why and said to try again however in the meantime they charged me almost £70 for administration fee😡

Most of the UK companies with staff working for them are clueless like crap. Refused insurance from Avaia, Lexham, Barret and other sacks of theifing uk cral. This company got me the best quote and the helpfulness beyond words. A polish Girl by the name of Majah helped me get the best deal. Patient and calm. Wish Ee, had staff like her and these companies. Long story short. I wouldn't have got an insurance quickly if it wasn't for this company and Majah. Can't thank you enough. Thanks for everything Most uk brits can't even speak there language and have an issue in communication.

I was unable to withdraw. When the investment website continuously requested further deposits, it became evident that it was a fraud. After seeking assistance, I discovered several online testimonials for A M D A R K L I M I T E D // C0M, who helped me regain all of my funds.

They have become just awful: Firstly, they trick you into automatic renewal, then they increase your insurance premium considerably from one year to the next (although you didn't have any accident), and finally they use scare tactics to make you sign up to the increased amount or even a higher amount that they try to sell you when you phone. Worth reading their mechanical letters (about you potentially committing "an offence" if you don't renew!), or the interpretation of contractual terms like "locked building" and "locked compound" by insurers with whom they work. Has this company a new CEO? Is it a poor version of Godfather? Only one way forward: Leave them for good; I have just done that. There are enough competitors on the market!

Should have read reviews. They wanted further info after which they said substantial further premium required. They were told that we would look for cover elsewhere and to hold fire. We got much cheaper cover elsewhere and phoned them to say cancel and give refund. This was still 3 days before inception date but they said cancelation charge £65 which after argument they reduced to £35 but it appears that we have been prejudiced because they didn't carry out our instructions. We accepted reduced charge as going on holiday and didn't have time to pursue it further

After insuring my moped with bikesure I got a never ending barrage of email demands for more info, photographs of logbooks, documents etc, probably 15 in total. Only had the insurance for a week or so but cancelled as I got sick of it and guess what. My policy was £94 and cancellation cost me £93. Went with another broker £54 all in. Made a mistake there.

Absolutely Ridiculous. Don't go with them. The policy was purchased, no confirmation emails received. I had to call to enquire what was going on. The agent then took some information, some additional questions were asked, I answered them and was informed that I will receive confirmation soon. The next day, I had a rather daunting email saying your policy is cancelled because validation wasn't done. I had to call them to check what was going on. The staff made error in putting all the information in correctly. I was then informed by my biker group that they had similar bad experiences with this company and I should stay away from them. Due to the mistakes the company representative made, i informed them that I lost faith in them already and this is just the start. I demanded the refund but they said they will have to charge me £65 as an admin fee for cancellation. Most bizarre part is that their admin team messed up which led me to cancel my policy with them and yet I had to pay the admin fees. Absolute JOKE. Please stay clear of this company, they don't give a toss to what you would say and will charge you no matter what. Disgusting.

Processed the policy online, policy accepted and paid in full. Then was asked to phone to validate the policy. Asked if I could do this over email which was declined. After reading reviews of how they try to inflate the premium through this process I asked to cancel the policy, I was then told this would cost a £65 admin fee, even though the policy hadn't begun and I was in the cooling off period. That was a week ago, the policy has been cancelled but still waiting for the balance of the refund. Beware! Read the Facebook reviews not the sponsored ones before you use this company.

Absolutely outrageous company, I have to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period and they are charging me nearly 50% of the annual premiums, 1 day cover £28:47 (Annual Premium was £195.67) and a fee of £65 bringing the total to £93.47 for less then 12 hours cover. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and read the reviews before taking out a policy with Bikesure

This company refused my claim when my quad was stolen 3 yards from my front door with a security camera right above the bike at 10.15pm the company states it should have been in a garage with double lock on the bike it was still been used for checking stock I think this does not apply when the bike is still working I would be totally impractical to have to lock and garage the vehicle every time you got off it the company very dissatisfied with there refusal to pay out .

The cancellation fee was 67% of the price of the insurance and this was within the 14 day cooling off period. Advisors are liars claiming that the cancellation policy was available prior to payment. i ran through the whole process again barring payment and no info on cancellation is presented. She then stated she had sent out a booklet by email with the info. No such email was sent to me. The web site states on cancellations: "The cancellation figures are not part of what have to be advised to you when you take the policy out, which is why we send the policy booklet out to you and also offer the 14-day cooling off period."

Lied to me at the start of the policy. As 2 claims settled in my favour, they I initially said there's no refund or tried to refund me a fraction of what I should have received, tried to replace my policy twice. Each time I kicked off and said nonsense and all of a sudden came back with that they've checked and can actually refund me etc. Absolute liars. Refuced my complaint but them admitted in the complaint letter that everything I said was true. Worst insurance company I've ever been with. I'm 33 years old, driven since 17 and have 2 cars and a motorcycle so I know how things should work.

Poor. They obviously have terrible IT systems as you will get passed around endlessly between “departments”. Staff are helpful but undermined by the chaos around them.
