“I ordered two bedisde tables and to date only one has arrived. I have not had a response to my Email and there is no phone number to speak to a human. Pleased with the one bedside table that I have but I want to the second one.”

“My order arrived eventually but customer support is awful, there is only an email address and despite emailing 6 times to find out when my order was due to be delivered I had no response at all so I'm very glad that it arrived 3 days later than expected delivery”

“My wife wanted a new set of drawers and she settled on 2 camden tall boys. They arrived pretty quickly although one of the boxes was split but nothing was damaged. Upon inspection the boxes contained a bag of screws and accessories for putting them together. First thing I noticed was the handles were the wrong ones so I contacted Big Furniture Warehouse who sent out the correct ones. Also both bags were short on screws and cam locks which luckily I have plenty. Once up, the drawer sets look very nice but I think that quality control is lacking. Maybe inspect before sending out. I can honestly say in over 30 years of building flat packs that this has definitely put me off buying flat packs ever again.”

“It’s very hard to send back when all the pieces have been emptied from the boxes. Some of the shelves were damaged so we’ve had to try to ensure those were out of sight. Where it’s not been possible we have had to buy filler to make it look presentable. The side panels that screw into the shelves, there were no pre-holes so my husband had to drill the holes. Not ideal really and very disappointed so wouldn’t buy from here again.”

“Get what is paid for. The shoe dividers had sharp edges which had to be smoothed down to avoid damage to toes of shoes. Basic functionality did the job just about. But wouldn’t expect much more at the price. All screw holes in the plastic tilting mechanism had to be counter sunk deeper to accommodate the screws supplied as they did not sink into original counter sinking and were tearing of the inside of the cabinets. Overall basic functionality but needed professional adjustments and tidying up”

“I ordered a Verona grey window seat. It arrived in self assembly in a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately the screw holes did not match on one side and one of the leg fittings had no screw thread at all just a gaping hole! Return arrangements were efficient and my card credited with a full refund within 5 days.”

“The coffee table we purchased is very cheap quality. We had the table 1 day and the top bubbled after having a drink on it for about 5 min. Warehouse hass sent a new top however there is no point as its just cheap”

“Pleased with the product, it’s good quality but when assembling the packing you had sent us two sides the same instead of a left and a right so we had to drill more holes for fitting which was disappointing!”

“My bathroom corner cabinet was easy to assemble but I was perplexed by the wall fixings. These were described as magnetic brackets but were four hanging fixings to hang the cabinet from the top. I ended up drilling through the cabinet and screwing it to the wall.”

“Item was OK quality wise but diagrams were dreadful. No explanation on the 3 bolts holding front of desktop and when trying to tighten up one burst through desktop. Given the length of time I'd spent on it, just put a coaster over the damage”

“Delivery was stated next working day, however it took 3 days and several calls. The calls were not answered and no message facility and no live chat working.Gave them 24hrs to respond to my email or I would request refund from paypal, this appeared to spur delivery. Product was fine.”

“I am happy with my dressing table for the money paid. It's not the best constructed piece of furniture eg the lid has been affixed wonkily which means it catches slightly on another part of the table. This is a minor inconvenience to me personally and I'm happy with the product overall. There was a delay in delivery which I wasn't informed about which was very frustrating, the customer service staff sent a generic reply regarding this rather than a specific answer to my query which was disappointing.”
