“Excellent service. But on the exchange, could you please allow one to fill up a betting slip? Having to back a horse to win, confirm, not leave the page, then go to the place page and repeat the process is a little wearisome. Much better, if as before, the slip data is saved when one leaves the page.”

“no issue at all with betting, but when tried to withdraw money, realised there was no way to do so. credit card not allowed to withdraw more than deposited, and bank account leads to a broken link.”

“The new exchange site is good & easy to use. I preferred it when the video was on the same page as the betting as it was better for in play bets. I also don't like the fact that on horse racing a matched bet stays red rather than going green as it looks like it is still unmatched.”

“I think that the layout is good; simple and easy to understand. Live chat assistants are always helpful and friendly, and any queries are sorted quickly. The prices offered are pretty reasonable, and some good deals are offered on big events. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this site to a friend.”
