“What they did in 2020 election has got to be illegal! Betfair, I did NOT bet on the ‘projected winner’. I bet on the winner-this mean the person to be inaugurated in January. So why have u taken my money? I am shocked & disgusted!”

“I placed a bet on the 2020 US Presidential election and this election is in its DUE PROCESS meaning that the outcome is NOT called yet. Betfair obscured from the bet proposition that it would settle the market on the candidate that had the most projected Electoral College votes... SCAM SCAM SCAM!”

“The current Election 2020 is still going but Betfair is playing Unfair. They already picked Biden as their winner. But there is no winner unless the President is inaugurated at 2021. And mark my word it is going to be Trump and I will come for my money! They said they will wait until all pending cases are solved but they didn't. Don't bet on these sites. They made the same mistake in 2016 and had to pay out. Now in 2021 they will have to pay out even more!”

“They settled the US presidential election while there on going lawsuits and investigations into fraud and stated no future events will change the settlement. So what happens if the Biden electors votes were voided and given to Trump? That changes the resulys. The election is under dispute and they already settled the markets. It makes them look so uninformed.”

“Have been a loyal client with Betfair for a number of years and wagered over a six figure sum with them, But the way i was spoken to last Thursay by a member of staff on a internet chat was disgusting. So i closed the account permanately and will never have anymore dealings with Betfair whatsoever. Then having them send me emails as to why and i must think again. NO BETFAIR you must make your your customer service treats customers properly.”

“Absolutely do not use this site for any sort of betting. Allowed me to deposit and win and has teased me now with my payout for over 5 months. I have contacted them every couple weeks and been assured a payout is coming and have yet to receive it. I have resorted to reporting the failure to pay as fraud to my bank and credit card company from which i made the deposit.”

“The worst online gaming site I've ever played! Bonus features when you eventually get them pay very little doesnt matter what stake you play, games crash just as you get a big win or feature even the free Pinball is rigged played everyday in December so 30 attempts my only win was 1 x 10p free spin!!! How Betfair have not been investgated by the Gaming commission is a mystery but then again a lot of gamers say they are as bad as the sites themselves. Gamers need to upload more videos showing there experiences I understand you win some you lose some however losing 99% of the time on these sites cannot be fair gaming and needs to be addressed.”

“I signed up as there were 50 free spins. I duly added funds but my free spins were nowhere to be seen. In a conversation on their chat line I was told I signed up using the wrong code and that was that. I then applied to have my funds returned which hopefully will happen. I would just like to advise any other prospective players to be extremely careful when joining. I felt very disappointed with the outcome as it obviously wasn’t very clear on their new player page”
