“Odds good; too easy to place a bet twice by mistake though (I.e unmatched bets are matched at the time of cancellation and there's no warning when you place the same bet again); Betfair Live Video is terrible (keeps freezing).”

“Very good, great prices on the racing, good layout, exchange could be laid out a bit easier to move through the cards at the same meeting, but other than that it's good. Only problem I have is how long it takes for withdrawals to get back to your bank account. With other sites I've used its been there the next day, with this it takes 2 to 3, yet takes the money out the next day. Leaves the account pretty unbalanced at times.”

“Only quibble would be availability of odds close to off times for horse racing, would work better if only quoted price if available for €100 minimum but give the better odds on part of the bet...eg €100 @4.5 €12 @4.7 €40 bet would be €12 @4.7 with balance at 4.5 idea is to save continually resetting bets due to odds fluctuating !!”

“Generally delighted with service. Spate of un-notified crashes in late 2013 & early 2014 cost me money and no compensation was offered when it should've been. More promotions should also be offered to more frequent users. BF Points do not show the whole picture on loyalty. Not everyone can afford to expose £000's to get the necessary points before a meaningful discount is achieved.”
