“pleased with betfair.However very easy to make mistake when making bet.I thought I bet €14 on a world cup match ( over 3.5 goals).However the betper betfair was €114, a difference of €100. I must have press no 1 on my phone twice. Very annoying.”

“In the bet option's you have: a) cancel b) keep c) Take SP How about a fourth option d) Hold If I place a Lay bet and there's a non-runner my Lay bet gets cancelled. If I want my Lay bet to be automatically adjusted via the reduction factor I have to click b) Keep, but I don't want the bet kept because I hate in-running. I just want it readjusted. The option HOLD would allow my bet to be readjusted via the reduction factor without being cancelled, but still cancelled before the off if not matched. Thanks. Username: plangrell”

“I like the new user interface and especially the new mobile one which is fast and usable. Bitefair (lol) is much more reliable than it used to be. I have a few comments I hope you will find useful: 1 There is no option any more to switch off auto refreshing. This was useful. 2 For horse racing it would be great to have an option to show only WIN markets or only WIN and PLACE markets. Most people are not interested in the AvB etc and it clutters the screen. 3 One niggle with the new UI. If I deselect a selection it sometimes stays selected. 4 The mobile site sometimes gets confused about the account balance. I have seen 3 different figures appear within 3 clicks. I think this happens when the app is opened but us not connected to the internet. The best fix would be to show balance unavailable if there is no connection or the session has timef out. 5 Would it be possible to see trainer name as well as jockey name on race listing (web and mobile sites). Maybe an option that can be turned on or off? 6 Could the current Going be shown on each race, updated if Going changes? 7 On P&L report would it be possible to report per race meeting ie choose date and meeting and see total p/l for that meeting? Otherwise, keep up the great work! Love at first bite!”

“Love the App overall at the moment. One issue I have is with the new football views since the most recent update 3.13. The keypad disappears too quickly when entering amounts. It can lead to incorrect typing and accidentally moving to another market”

“Offers good opportunities for fair odds and profits. Still some wrinkles though. Why does betting on horseracing on the exchange allow the 'live' video to be viewed, but betting the same horses in a multiple does not?”
