“I had been investing for more than two months, and when I finally tried to withdraw my money, they locked my account with over $400,000 in it. They told me to reach out to customer service, but they keep ignoring my requests. I talked to some friends about what happened, and they suggested I contact them lilo==grace==75=(AT)=gmail=.=com. “I find this site quite fixed and unfair. If youre on a winning streak it plays mind games with your odds, either forcing you to cash out by making out you are losing when youre not or by showing for a short period that youre winning so that you dont cash out and then suddenly youve lost, Im a fair loser but this site is a joke. Complete fix”

“Is not very bad, but sometimes get sick when you need to wait for winning money, when you lose they will show straight away, but when you win they hold for couple hours, so of you play and using this money, couple hours means a lot of.”

“I did withdrawal on december 23,2017 by bank transfer amount of 850$.After 3 months money never arrive and the agent suggest me to do the "recall"i pay for the recall and money arrive back to my account but nobody inform me (i just find out opening the account).during those 3 months the bank charge me everyday 8$ due to card overdue.”

“I've been using betfair since September 2017... mainly the exchange. I've not received many promotional offers so far but with the amount of activity I have completed I am disappointed that betfair do not have a points system in place which gives achievable targets that result in bonus activity”
