“Customer Service is non-existent. The advisors know nothing about betting and they are reluctant to raise a complaint, no matter how legitimate it may be. Where is the email and phone customer services- only live chat beggars belief in 2020. A company that got too big, too greedy, and lost the plot. Be aware, if you join BF you will not experience satisfactory resolution to any issues with the site.”

“I had my account suspended on routine check !! They asked for documents, which I sent straight away. They have a copy of my passport, bank statement, utility bill, my electoral registry and all they requested. I wait for an email with no vain. It's been more than 15 days. Whenever you contact customer care via the chat system all they say is wait for the email from the other department. They have no idea. They stole my money. I will have now to make my case with ombudsmen. Don't trust this company that has turned into con making company. They even removed every telephone contact to make it evenmore possible to rob people. Be aware!!”

“Basically A SHOCKING COMPANY.. RUDE UNTRAINED PEOPLE SHAMBOLIC... NO EMPATHY.. POORLY RUN NO CONTACT NUMBER SAYS IT ALL.. NO CALL BACK AS PROMISED IN A WORD.. PATHECTIC A HOLES.. KEEP AWAY YOU END UP STRESSED... AND THEY TAKE YA MONEY... AND WIN YOU WILL BE GONE! ANKERS.. HOW THE HELL IBAS DONT DO ANYTHING IS BEYOND ME... THERE ALL IN IT TOGETHER.. OSSERS”

“Review of Betfair.com and the 88 Fortunes- by SG Interactive The game malfunctioned as i was playing. I entered the bonus/jackpot round. Once i clicked the coins for bonus spins- the machine blanks out- and i lost the ability to see the jackpot rounds play out. In addition the game screen is no longer under my control. My ability to change the bet size, stop auto spins, or see the game reels were lost. (I would assume being able to control the actions of betting is mandatory for all games in a casino online or otherwise_ I reached out to customer service right away- and was promised a response in 72 hours. After not hearing back from betfair, i followed up and was told they are still waiting for a response from the game provider. After waiting nearly a month, i followed up again and this time the service agent said they reached out to the game provider again and their answer was that "game/round completed" and there was no issue on their end that could be seen. I have numerous pictures and videos of the incident. I'm disappointed by the betfair.com support teams customer service response and openly question the ethics and fairness of these online slots and predatory behavior.”

“I started playing bet fair online casino several years ago... You win big at first, but once you make a withdrawal that’s when you lose, lose, lose! Customer service is a joke! And since the new update, you can’t win at all or find the games you enjoyed before. I’m about to write a letter to the casino commission of New Jersey and express my concerns. I suggest everyone do the same! I Wrote a review on the App Store for bet fair but they don’t let most reviews go public! Just a scam! Stay away... don’t bother! Stay away!”

“im not an expert when it comes to interney but all the bingo sites ive used have been easy to get my bonus off This site is useless, the chat are happy to help but when you want to know where your bonus is they dont give a Sh*T. spend ur money some where else.”

“I only really use the exchange as other parts of Betfair group are heavily weighted against the customer. Even here with near true odds I have been very disappointed with their conduct recently though. Several times I have had winning trades just to find that Betfair cancel part of them after the match settles. It really is out of order, they just make up the rules as they go along. To add insult to injury I also made a single error and even though on a bookmaker this would be considered a PALPABLE error Betfair CUSTOMER SERVICE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me and so I've forwarded this to IBAS to investigate as I definitely feel it was unfair and against their own T+C's not to VOID the bet in question. Put your money to good use, don't waste it using Betfair's services. Avoid at all cost. Come on Smarkets, Betdaq! Up your game so we can make the switch! We want liquidity!”

“Great slots, quick payouts. Have thoroughly enjoyed any time i have spent on this site. Obviously, don't expect to win every time you visit but if you enjoy playing slots with a fair chance of success, I'd recommend betway without a doubt”

“Outrageous! I had BetFair app for a long time and it was easy to use. It’s virtual BlackJack table tends to take your money more often than not - until a couple I f weeks Ago when I actually won £50! I left it in my account to comeback to. When I came back - the account was closed. No explanation. I challenged via the app and they just tell me the funds are being ‘retained’. Twitter help said exactly the same thing. How is this any different to theft? When I demanded an explanation all I got was ‘something to do with the terms and conditions’. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you’d like your money taken back. They’re quick to take your money when you lose it. Not happy to give when you win.”

“As a “loyalty” customer I have had enough. Promotions are shocking.. they lead you in to a sense of false hope with a weekly review of your account. You then may get a nice little £80 bonus with only a x1 wagering requirement. Sounds good? Unfortunately don’t get too excited as you never ever win. Even if you clear the wagering, the money you have left over will be gone. Also since the overall lockdown has been in place the rtp on slots seem to have gone largely down in percentage 🤔 CON!!”
