“betfair isnt very fair at all. When you win each race and it is a small odds win they let you cash out no problem. I won 26/1 and 8/1 two races in a row and guess what, cash out wasnt an option at all as they would of paid a lot off money... Also casino payout percentage is absolutely rubbish...i have cancelled my account and excluded myself...”

“I joined betfair about a month ago and spent around £50 and just went on and it's saying my account has been suspended so I got hold of them on chat to ask why and they are saying I need to send them a bank statement and pasport number and proof of address because after a month u have to send all of these documents to keep your account active as its company policy what do u all think about that plz pass this on to all review sites as I think everyone should know about this”

“what a rip off. they are quite happy to take your money but once you have had your first bet they make everything so difficult. i was asked to verify my id 5 times,twice it failed three times it was accepted but i still get emails telling me to verify and now my account is suspended.”

“ABSOLUTE JOKE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Been with another bookmaker for over 5 years, was drawn by a 'Match your bet offer for Grand National' even though my friends advised me against this sites INCOMPETENCE . Not only did they not honour this offer 4 hours prior to the race (they recommend 2 hours), they wouldn't let me view my bets and displayed 'Well, this is awkward'. Will never use again.”

“I left paddy power due to the 'cash out' issues when all bets where winning, moved to betfair and it's even worse, games set to 'suspended' when clearly from the action being provided in the 'match' window there was no reason for the game and whole acca to be suspended, preventing cash out and only coming back when other games reduce their risk. Dealt with what can only be described as either a bot or a disgruntled customer service rep via email with BS responses and closed account. If your looking for a fair cash out site avoid this one is my advice”

“RUBBISH SIGNED UP FOR THE PROMOTION ON CAPITAL CUP FINAL DAY and deposited 100pounds to find out wouldn't get the promotion that was on advert the customer service team were awful saying all we can do is apologise well withdrew all my money so they hold for 2-5days laughable when I spend 800pound a month betting there loss but joined paddypower and they actually are helpful and give what they offer.”

“I would like to inform people too stay clear of this bookmaker!! I have been on live chat for over 1 hour last night explaining that the arcade game I tryed to play on my Samsung s5 device ... took the £2 stake 6 times and the reels didn't spin and I got an error code instead. I was told by live online chat that within 24 hours I will get an email when they look into it... 24 hours passed and I got no email so back to live chat I was making my point for over 2 hours getting stressed out and after all this time the supervisor offered me £12 back and I said after wasting 3 hours of my time what gesture of goodwill are you offering... They offered me a further £3 which I found as an insult! So I declined it and asked for my £12 and to keep there £3 ... And was told I have to bet the £12 in the sportsbook as the £12 doesn't get returned in any winning bet.. I ended up closing my account along with 3 of my friends accounts... Stay well clear of this site!! As either it's a scam site or supervisor didn't handle situation properly.”

“Always use the app. On iphone over website. Yes, the scrolling bar in games does jump back but the only fault otherwise great to use.”
