“Crashes constantly (Especially when you hit certain wins) on slot games) Often doesn’t continue where you left off. I particularly love how These guys have programmed the slots games to lead you on with hints of a bonus towards the end of your game, to encourage you to deposit again…It also has a laughable way of giving you next to nothing in high bet spins during bonuses. Best stick to 10p and 20p as it goes dead anywhere beyond that. Has a real ‘Lead you on ‘ technique that offers you nothing more than disappointment and empty promises. “Betfair have all my data but after 20 years asked for a copy of my passport or driving license citing a Gambling Commission requirement. This is incorrect as the GC state Betfair can use available online data like Electoral roll to verify customers. They refused to do this and insisted on documents were sent to their Indian call centre. I refused on security grounds. My account is now closed. The support centre were completely unhelpful. I opened an MGM account in less than 3 minutes without a passport request!”

“Horrible company. Using their chat service after my account got hacked was a nightmare experience getting bounced around for 3 hours. The last representative then closed the chat on me. They suspended my account without telling me they were going to do so. Extremely unhelpful and I've now lost my money due to lack of security on this site.”
