“I have a long association with betfair. As per your records I have made deposits worth $37K till date and againat the same I have only received bonus for less than $50. Today when I asked for $5 my request was turned down and not only that I was instructed that if I do ask for it, then you guys would restrict me from coming to betfair. Is $5 bigger than $37K? Just think once on the commissions I have paid till date on my winnings. But still you guys cant give me $5 bonus. Really disappointed”

“Your customer service, when I rang, was excellent; however, I shouldn't have had to ring. You're sending me crap/spam texts despite me being down not to receive any. You've just over-ridden it and sent it anyway. And you link to stop it, doesn't stop it. Disgusting service. You're on a final warning. I hate spam.”

“Betfair scammed my 424 Dollars . Created account , verified it . deposited and played . Won 424 dollars and when I requested the withdrawal it said account closed . After 1 month they said my account permanently closed and no funds will be given . Total funds scammed ! They are saying I have multiple accounts which I don't have . I have even called over phone to confirm my identity . Totally scam . Feeling frustrated about my hard earned money :( 424 Dollar is a big amount for me.”

“Bunch of idiots. The have a sportsbook with really bad odds and an exchange which they hide which has normal odds. For example France are 1/5 on the betfair sportsbook to beat Bulgaria today and on the betfair exchange they are 1/4 (1.25 decimal odds). This is called price discrimination and they are making fools out of their customers.”

“The exchange commission is sky high compared to other exchanges, plus they charge extra premium charges if you win consistently. They are so greedy that they call it 20% premium charge when in fact it works out to 22.5%. Betfair or should that be betunfair must think we're still in the 1990's. The betunfair sportsbook is a joke and has the worst odds out of everyone when you compare it to the better bookmakers such as pinnacle, sbobet and even the other UK bookies. I would avoid these rogues at all costs.”

“I have been a member for 2 months, experienced a live casino dealer discuss cheese sandwiches whilst playing blackjack, and flirting. I have received 2 incorrectly sent emails, been awarded and deducted a bonus by a senior team member instantly. Every time I contact the online chat, the operatives are incompetent, patronising, despite agreeing that they can see technical issues at their end. The simplest of questions are not answered. The facility to withdraw at a cost is increased even when deposits meet. This is so untrustworthy, definitely will stick to 888 or Virgin!”
