“""these guys are big theif in market, what they do is they easily take money into the account with doing any verfication and after that they close you account when you some money in account and in the name of account verfication they keep on making you fool that your account is in verfication and at after many days you loose hope.. then all your money is eaten by betfair accountverfication team. dont every make account on betfair they will make you earn something and when its time to withdrawl they will take away your money and close your account !”

“All 4 of my teams winning 10 minutes to go cash out suspended only when one of my teams became a draw 2 minutes before full time did cash out appear for pennies customer support blamed the brokers bet fair you are con artists”

“I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BETTING SITE, AWFUL SERVICE AND THEY CAN'T RESOLVE ANY CUSTOMER ISSUE. YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY IF YOU USE THEM. DON'T FALL LIKE I DID.”

“What can I say about bet fair they refuses to paye out money to my account on two different occasions once when my internet crashed whilst playing on there slots and when I reconnected I won £45 which they refused to paye out and then a sports bet where I said that Tottenham and Chelsea would both receive 4 corners which they did and yet again refuse to paye out where other companies have payed out on that bet bet fair refuse to would never use them again or would recommend people that do don't”

“I have an account, but not for much longer. Cashout in horse race in running rarely works and the time lag is between 7 -8 seconds from actual live race so you are betting on a race that is 8 seconds older than your view. Prove it on a Saturday at home or a bookies. Watch video of same race on phone v tv. It's cheating. You cash out on a horse that's already won and yet you think it's still finishing and get less !! Terrible customer service with staff who don't appear to have any knowledge of gambling and always blame the customer kit for streaming or odds problems. site problems increasing. use another bookie. ( not Paddy Power though as same company and site is down more than Betfair!! last Saturday a prime example!!!!”

“It's a pity that you don't have any of the offers that most online bookmakers have,like betway,sky bet, 888bet paddy power they nearly all have them,betfair had one today and I got in touch with the live chat to find out if they were doing the free bet promotion all through ascot but was informed that it was only for one day. I only have a bet occasionally with betfair now as nearly all the other bookmakers offer far better promotions.”

“I'm a casual punter and when I was refused the ability to win more than £100 or place single EW bets of £4 then that did not fit with the values I thought betfair were trying to exhibit about being a different sort of bookmaker. It made me think that the business was no different and therefore didnt deserve my loyal custom either”

“Absolute nightmare trying to get on to my account. First adviser I spoke to was very rude and cut the chat on me when I was raising very valid points that more than likely they didn't have the knowledge to answer. The adviser I spoke to after that was great though”
