Hi Robert, Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your order but I'd like to thank you for bringing this to my attention. I can only apologise that TNT delivered your item a day late and that the spray adhesives had gone missing in transit. I have raised this issue with our TNT representative as offering next day delivery is a key part of our business model and it reflects negatively on ourselves when our couriers are unable to successfully deliver the service they are offering. As a company, we do appreciate customers feedback and aim to work on our faults to offer a better service and therefore hope that this experience will not deter you from using Best4flooring in the future. “We selected three FREE samples which were generous sizes and colours true to the website. I then made a couple of enquiries before ordering a small piece of Portuguese Azulejos Cushion Vinyl, costing £29.99 including carriage, for our downstairs cloakroom. It arrived within 2 days but unfortunately it was damaged on arrival, in a place that would be seen, otherwise we would have received discount to keep it. The replacement arrived a few days later and we are able to make use of the damaged piece,which we were told to keep, under the stairs. We are more than happy with the quality of the vinyl and the communication with Rhiannon in Sales & Customer Services, whose care and attention was first class, considering the value of our order.”
