“The sample arrived in good time and therefore service wise very good. Unfortunately whilst doing some cost comparisons I sourced the same manufactured / style ( Presto / 599Dublin ) for a much lower cost per meter. For this reason In this instance, I will not be purchasing this item from yourselves.”

Hi Dave, We endeavour to offer the best price, service and product range on 100's of flooring products but if you find the exact same product cheaper elsewhere then we really appreciate folk telling us about it and giving us the opportunity to match or beat it. Often we find the cheaper product is out of stock, seconds, inferior spec, clearance or has hidden costs such as delivery charges (we offer free delivery regardless of the size) so what seemed like a better deal often isn't. We are sad that you felt unable to get in touch to let us know and instead posted a negative review of our free sample service. “Bit soon go assess it yet as it hasn't been lain yet. Could have done with instructions how best to lay it tried to unlock star rating as would rath”

Hey Zanny, We don't include printed instructions with the goods to save paper and because they are available online (linked on the product page where you placed your order). We would advise DIYers to check out the installation documents prior to purchasing. We are supply only so not seeking a review on the installation, just the service we provided (free sample sent to assess quality + delivery of flooring). “Service and delivery good. Product was good although some of the click joints cracked or broken, this didn’t fault the joining and look of the floor when completed.”

“Order delayed as damaged before delivery then 3 boards received damaged. Didn't report as managed to finish floor without them. However definitely feel the should have been more protected for transport.”

Hi Michelle, Our website does state the size of samples and we offer a GoLarge service - a much larger sized sample for a small charge (which is refundable when you place your flooring order). I see you have requested samples twice this year now. If you request floor samples in the future please do opt for GoLarge as that likely meets your expectations better. “Flooring great, Best4Flooring good company. TNT delivery company terrible. Packaging and glue damaged. Waited in for two days for delivery despite TNT saying they would deliver. No apologies just didn't turn up. Came third day, we were at work so they took it away. Finally delivered on 4th day, after second phone call, still with no apology from TNT. Best4Flooring, please consider changing your delivery company.”

Hi there, Sorry you found the process of requesting a free floor sample difficult. We do receive hundreds of requests a week using the online ordering system and overall the feedback is pretty good. It would be helpful to understand what you found difficult about it. Did we mess up? Was the wrong sample sent? Did you have difficulty using the website? “Thanks for tile arriving, however the style we wanted to compare is quite detailed with lots of different patterns. When the sample arrived, because it was so small we couldn't really rate it due to it's small size.”

Hi Hazel, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you were unhappy with the sample size. We do have a lot of cushion vinyls which are quite eclectic. We include as many images as we have available on product pages so you can see the whole design and our sample service is intended to demonstrate the quality of the product. We do offer an upgrade to receive a larger sample for a fee and that would have been useful if you wanted to see more of the design but I note you did not choose this. If you request another sample and choose to 'supersize' we will arrange to send a larger piece to you. Kind regards, Best4flooring

“The delivery was quick and arrived on the day chosen so that was good. However, the product looked absolutely NOTHING like it did online (completely different colour) so we are unable to use it. Would send it back but because you don’t offer a free returns service it hardly makes it worth the hassle of doing so.”

“Hi, I did not receive the flooring sample.. I pick my post up from the depot and no sample unless delivered at address and was not in but no card was left.. it doesn't matter now as will look somewhere near me as if ordered from you would need to find a fitter..”
