Nice floor sample arrived quickly but it's not the colour that I wanted.

Hi Sarah, If you unwrap the roll, you will find the adhesive spray inside. We do this to help protect it during transit. Rhiannon has also replied to the email you sent this morning. Kind regards, Best4flooring

I only ordered a sample, but the sample was so small it was difficult to see if the pattern would fit However the sample was free so I can't complain at that.

The samples were sent very quickly, however they were so small it was difficult to envisage how they would look in the kitchen I am currently planning. disappointed :-(

Hi Monique, I've spoken to our sales team about this and can only repeat what Phil advised over the phone. We are very sorry that TNT lost your flooring and are unable to trace what has happened to it. We dispatched more flooring immediately and I understand it was received the next day. Hi Mary, Aw that is a bit frustrating that you haven't received your free samples yet. I've checked this out and Rhiannon sent them a week ago so I can only assume they have been lost or delayed in one of HMs sorting offices. We are posting more today so fingers crossed these or the original samples get to you very soon. Kind regards, Kay

Best price I could find for our Quick Step flooring however the delivery driver refused to bring our order into the hallway of my house leaving my wife to deal with 14 packs of laminate left outside with the impending threat of rain.

Hi Simon, We are so very sorry your wife did not have any help at home when receiving the flooring delivery :( We are keen to remind our customers that they will need help when receiving delivery of a large order so when we send our delivery notification email we include, right at the top, the following paragraph. "Deliveries are to roadside. The drivers are not insured to bring your flooring into your premises so if your order is a big one it might be a good idea to ask a kind friend or good neighbour to be around to help you. They could stay for a cup of tea and compliment you on your excellent taste in flooring." We use various 3rd party delivery companies and all of these companies deliver to roadside only. Some drivers are only too happy to help if they have time but they are not insured to do so. The drivers are also on a very tight schedule with lots of deliveries to try and fit in. I do appreciate your feedback though and am looking at how we can make this more clear at time of ordering. Hopefully one day in the future we will have our own fleet of delivery vans which would enable us to go over and above. (Please tell your wife to watch out for a little something in the post.) why do you keep sending these emails if you do your job properly you don't need to keep asking people. It is very annoying once maybe but if we don't reply it is obvious we don't want to

Hi Lynda, Thank you for your feedback. I have investigated and found we have sent you a total of 3 emails to the address you provided: 1. To confirm receipt of your sample request. 2. To let you know it was in the post. 3. To follow up and seek feedback. When we receive a request for a free sample we naturally assume it is because you are interested in our product. We do not think it unreasonable to find out if we can be of further assistance after that free sample has been sent to you.
