“The sample was a decent size, the quality of the laminate was very good and just what I was looking for. Even offered a 5% discount. However didn’t go through with purchase and I only needed two boxes (for a small area in the house) and the total was ~£50 and they wanted £30 delivery charge on top. I ended up going to a local homebase and paid ~£55 for something very similar. That said, if I want a larger amount in the future then I will definitely consider this company.”

“dear sir or madam, i was discussing the floors but the line got disconnected but no one called me back. i was planning on buy a large amount. no one called me back, it seems your company dont like to talk to people and want everything done on line. which i feel is unfair. thank you”

“We received the vinyl yesterday and unpacked it today to find it was split in 2 places so it's unusable can you replace it please we will send the damaged one back please advise by return”

“Product great. Good value. Delivery poor. I emailed to advise on the restricted access to my property and the specific van not to use. Not sure where the fault lay but the delivery company used the wrong sized van and hence failed to deliver. I spent 3 hours on phone calls sorting it out and had to wait until the next day for the delivery in a smaller van. A needless waste of time all round.”

“Items sent out speedily and well packaged. My only complaint was that the vinyls were textured despite the listing showing otherwise therefore doesn't earn 5 stars. Would recommend obtaining a sample if this is a concern. Other than that service was good.”

“Delayed order confirmation due to non adaptive inventory ordering system. No one called but sent email which I didn’t see. Did not feel like a valued customer when made an enquiry. Worst delivery method and collectively uncustomary. I am happy with the product but worst transaction experience.”

“Haven’t put flooring down yet but seems good quality so happy with it. But if you keep using DX as the delivery service you’re going to lose customers, I was going to buy Lino for the kitchen too from your company but will be going elsewhere now so that I don’t have to deal with DX again. Paid for quicker delivery and it took a week with a lot of being messed around so not happy”

“Ocean painted wood vinyl flooring was ripping like tissue paper my fitter said worse one he has ever laid, the company and delivery was fantastic and I loved the design which went well with my kitchen. The bathroom vinyl we did not have a problem with at all but a different pattern, thank you”

“I received my vinyl floor sample quickly and it’s lovely - and received a 5% discount with the letter, which is additionally great. But when I went to check out, the delivery alone was going to be £20 just for a bit of vinyl flooring - half the price of the flooring I was ordering. I was only ordering enough to cover a relatively small hallway (4m x 1m) so because of the delivery cost I haven’t continued with my purchase, which is a real shame as it is lovely flooring, but I can’t justify that amount just to get it delivered. If I were ordering solid flooring to cover a good couple of rooms then that sort of cost would be more understandable.”

“Nice product but poor delivery, presumably the product was damaged in transit. Puncture holes through the middle. Thrown in the skip and a new product bought locally as the fitter was waiting. No customer service available on the bank holiday. Real shame as the product was good.”
