“The original order was dealt with quickly but when delivered I discovered the wrong product had been sent. I was happy with the seller's response in sending the correct order so not completely dissatisfied.”

“The delivery was quick and arrived on the day chosen so that was good. However, the product looked absolutely NOTHING like it did online (completely different colour) so we are unable to use it. Would send it back but because you don’t offer a free returns service it hardly makes it worth the hassle of doing so.”

“I had to order more tiles as my first order of tiles, described as beige, had a greenish ting and did not go with my blue wall tiles. Second order was as described.”

“Good to have a phone call asking where to leave the flooring as I was at work, but disappointed at the poor broken wrapping and the fact one end of the roll was squashed in creating indentations. Despite this I am pleased with the actual vinyl”

Hi Tracy, I'm sorry to hear your flooring was bashed about during transit. This isn't what we expect from our delivery service providers and will be having a word. Hi Ravi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry you are not happy with the size of our free samples. We are usually complemented on the size compared to other retailers. Our website does state the size to expect and we feel this is sufficient to see the quality and texture of the particular samples you requested since the website itself provides photos of rooms and cameos showing the flooring laid. We do offer the chance to supersize for a small fee but I see you chose not to take that up. I am also sorry you are unhappy about the no follow up phone call. We don't like to pester our customers as we do not believe that to be conducive to a happy experience. Most customers appreciate this and compliment us for it. We appreciate all feedback and while it appears calling you up without invitation may have resulted in a sale from you we would rather stick to our no hassle approach and invite customers to reach out when they are ready to do so. “Hi, I did not receive the flooring sample.. I pick my post up from the depot and no sample unless delivered at address and was not in but no card was left.. it doesn't matter now as will look somewhere near me as if ordered from you would need to find a fitter..”

“The product is first class, but the delivery was a joke, as product was out for delivery on a Friday checked via tracking but was not delivered after waiting in all day, then it was delivered on the Monday and just left outside on the door step, Very Poor service from that point of view, suggest you look for a decent carrier.”

Hi Paul, Thanks for your feedback. We endeavour to send out free samples promptly but do state they can take up to 5 working days to arrive. Most samples arrive super quick. Lead time is affected by Royal Mail's delivery time for 2nd class mail and our processing time which we try to turnaround within 24 hours. We are getting an exceptionally high amount of sample requests due to our flooring being very popular and your sample was despatched later than we aim for so we are sorry that on this occasion you were unable to wait as it is lovely design and excellent value for an LVT.
