“My reason for this marking is I have only received two of the 4 samples I ordered I have MTC46210 , MTC 46191 , I am waiting for the other two samples I have ordered universal click stardust white code sky 46127 , and layered Venetian stone code sku46111 LR otherwise I am very happy with what I have at present from you as I have not found the light colour that will go with the kitchen units I have”

“Downs: My parcel arrived one day late and was incomplete! I am still waiting for the second item to arrive so I can install the vinyl. Ups: customer service replied very quickly when I notified that my delivery was incomplete and dispatched a replacement on standard delivery without extra costs to me.”

Hi Robert, Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your order but I'd like to thank you for bringing this to my attention. I can only apologise that TNT delivered your item a day late and that the spray adhesives had gone missing in transit. I have raised this issue with our TNT representative as offering next day delivery is a key part of our business model and it reflects negatively on ourselves when our couriers are unable to successfully deliver the service they are offering. As a company, we do appreciate customers feedback and aim to work on our faults to offer a better service and therefore hope that this experience will not deter you from using Best4flooring in the future. We really do appreciate your comments about the curbside delivery and I can only apologise that you had to carry the flooring into your home. Due to insurance purposes our couriers will only deliver curbside so we do make a pleasant note in our terms and conditions about this and recommend that if you are unable to carry your order, it maybe worthwhile having someone there to help take the goods inside. “I was generally happy was the service, however my order was not all received on the day agreed due to part of my order being sent out on the wrong delivery. I had to chase a new delivery date, was advised the next day but did not receive again. 2nd call was advised would be the following day in the am, which did turn up just in time for the flooring to be laid.”

“The design and look is second to none! The click lock system for putting together isn’t the best, very tough and sometimes the panels don’t sit flush!”

The Woodclick Woodchester is a flexible board, however, the click system is solid to ensure that once the boards are together they are water tight. We are constantly working on better ways to package our goods to prevent this from happening, so your feedback is greatly appreciated. In regards to the timed delivery slot, although TNT will endeavour to deliver orders on the date chosen by our customers, sadly at the moment in time they do not offer a timed delivery slot service. I totally understand that this can be frustrating and I have been assured that this is something TNT will be putting into place in the very near future. “Delivered on time. Packaging of the parcel could be better. Two bottles of floor cleaner taped so tightly together that the instructions peel off when taken apart!”
