“I was generally happy was the service, however my order was not all received on the day agreed due to part of my order being sent out on the wrong delivery. I had to chase a new delivery date, was advised the next day but did not receive again. 2nd call was advised would be the following day in the am, which did turn up just in time for the flooring to be laid.”

“The design and look is second to none! The click lock system for putting together isn’t the best, very tough and sometimes the panels don’t sit flush!”

The Woodclick Woodchester is a flexible board, however, the click system is solid to ensure that once the boards are together they are water tight. “Although no fault of your own. The flooring arrived a day late due to TNT wagon breaking down. This meant it put my kitchen build back a day & further cost for an extra days labour.”

“Delivery was on the day stated but no time slot was given. There were several small tears in the long edges of the sheet but I was able to work round them when cutting the sheet to fit.”

Hi James, Thank you for taking the time to review your order. I can only apologise that your vinyl arrived with some damages. We are constantly working on better ways to package our goods to prevent this from happening, so your feedback is greatly appreciated. In regards to the timed delivery slot, although TNT will endeavour to deliver orders on the date chosen by our customers, sadly at the moment in time they do not offer a timed delivery slot service. I totally understand that this can be frustrating and I have been assured that this is something TNT will be putting into place in the very near future. I'm sorry that on this occasion you were not notified of a more definitive time slot but i am glad to hear that the vinyl arrived on the day you had chosen. “Delivered on time. Packaging of the parcel could be better. Two bottles of floor cleaner taped so tightly together that the instructions peel off when taken apart!”

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback. I really do appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention as our warehouse staff should not be packaging the cleaners in this manner. “The sample arrived in good time and therefore service wise very good. Unfortunately whilst doing some cost comparisons I sourced the same manufactured / style ( Presto / 599Dublin ) for a much lower cost per meter. For this reason In this instance, I will not be purchasing this item from yourselves.”

Hi Dave, We endeavour to offer the best price, service and product range on 100's of flooring products but if you find the exact same product cheaper elsewhere then we really appreciate folk telling us about it and giving us the opportunity to match or beat it. Often we find the cheaper product is out of stock, seconds, inferior spec, clearance or has hidden costs such as delivery charges (we offer free delivery regardless of the size) so what seemed like a better deal often isn't. We are sad that you felt unable to get in touch to let us know and instead posted a negative review of our free sample service. Hey Zanny, We don't include printed instructions with the goods to save paper and because they are available online (linked on the product page where you placed your order). We would advise DIYers to check out the installation documents prior to purchasing. We are supply only so not seeking a review on the installation, just the service we provided (free sample sent to assess quality + delivery of flooring). Hi Michelle, Our website does state the size of samples and we offer a GoLarge service - a much larger sized sample for a small charge (which is refundable when you place your flooring order). I see you have requested samples twice this year now. If you request floor samples in the future please do opt for GoLarge as that likely meets your expectations better. “Flooring great, Best4Flooring good company. TNT delivery company terrible. Packaging and glue damaged. Waited in for two days for delivery despite TNT saying they would deliver. No apologies just didn't turn up. Came third day, we were at work so they took it away. Finally delivered on 4th day, after second phone call, still with no apology from TNT. Best4Flooring, please consider changing your delivery company.”

Hi there, Sorry you found the process of requesting a free floor sample difficult. We do receive hundreds of requests a week using the online ordering system and overall the feedback is pretty good. It would be helpful to understand what you found difficult about it. Did we mess up? Was the wrong sample sent? Did you have difficulty using the website? “Thanks for tile arriving, however the style we wanted to compare is quite detailed with lots of different patterns. When the sample arrived, because it was so small we couldn't really rate it due to it's small size.”

Hi Hazel, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you were unhappy with the sample size. We do have a lot of cushion vinyls which are quite eclectic. We include as many images as we have available on product pages so you can see the whole design and our sample service is intended to demonstrate the quality of the product. We do offer an upgrade to receive a larger sample for a fee and that would have been useful if you wanted to see more of the design but I note you did not choose this. If you request another sample and choose to 'supersize' we will arrange to send a larger piece to you. Kind regards, Best4flooring
