“The flooring is very good quality but the courier service is not so good. Several tears in the roll and I was fortunate that I had extra in length and width or I would have had to return the roll”

“Great patterns. The one I ordered perfect quality! No issues at all, professional found this a breeze to lay. But one was damaged along the edge, also a wee rip in the middle which isn’t noticeable as covered by our dining table. The professional who laid this wasn’t overly happy with laying it as it was terrible quality but did it anyway, took him a lot longer then it should have! Overal not super happy with the rips but needed the flooring and luckily there was enough left on the roll to cut that bit off.”

“The samples provided were a great size. Didn't follow through with a purchase, even although the cost of the flooring was the best, the £50 delivery charge for Scottish Highlands was an eye waterer.”

“Vinyl is beautiful, looks amazing and arrived on time. Received lots of positive comments. It looks and feels tough and durable. Great quality. Easy to fit. Marked down as I also ordered some underlay and it didnt arrive. I had to call to find out why and was told it was on a different van (poor planning) but would arrive the next day. It didn't arrive and again I had to call. It then arrived the following day. No explanation or apology that we'd waited in. These things happen and it is understandable but how they are handled matters. It's the lack of communication and poor customer service that I didn't like.”

“Happy with the product , paid for next day delivery , in the morning I was advised Delivery would be between 6 and 8 pm . As I knew there would be no one at home I changed delivery to the next day .When I arrived home that evening the Lino had been left at my back door and was soaking wet”

“The color in real life is far less enhanced as on the pictures. The surface is smooth without groups which looks less effective than expected. It is very soft which is nice feeling but makes it dead easy to torn.”

“Online order arrived on time, however, on opening the roll of vinyl on the day we had booked a fitter for, we discovered transit damage. As this was just before lockdown we did not have time to re-order and rearrange a new fitting date. Our fitter managed to lay the flooring but he had to do so placing a join instead of in a whole piece. I contacted the company's customer services and we were issued with a small refund.”

“TNT delivery let you down , they didn’t deliver on the first day despite getting an email they would Then on the second date they said they’d tried and I wasn’t home ... that was a lie Then I had to contact you and TNT re the third date which was now after the weekend so 4 days later ! And finally it arrived. Then TNT answered saying it’s been delivered. Would not buy again as it caused long unnecessary delays”

“Whilst the material was satisfactory I was disappointed with how it was presented. The longest side was curved and the shorter side was not at right angles to the longer edge. Sloppy. Giving more work to lay it.”
