“I received my vinyl floor sample quickly and it’s lovely - and received a 5% discount with the letter, which is additionally great. But when I went to check out, the delivery alone was going to be £20 just for a bit of vinyl flooring - half the price of the flooring I was ordering. I was only ordering enough to cover a relatively small hallway (4m x 1m) so because of the delivery cost I haven’t continued with my purchase, which is a real shame as it is lovely flooring, but I can’t justify that amount just to get it delivered. If I were ordering solid flooring to cover a good couple of rooms then that sort of cost would be more understandable.”

“After receiving 3 samples which were all lovely we chose the terrazzo blue granite. Although we haven't fitted it yet we unrolled it and it is in perfect condition and looks beautiful. The blue and mustard colours in it will match everything in our bathroom. Great service and great price from Best 4 Flooring.”

“Excellent, reliable service and delivery. Good quality products at an excellent price. One negative, better attention to packing securely would be appreciated. My laminated flooring was packed too close to the edge of the pallet and a whole box was damaged. My vinyl flooring arrived ok , although I haven't opened it yet, but the ends weren't protected enough in my opinion. I received a vinyl flooring roll from another company which had extra protection on the vulnerable ends of the package.”

“I bought vinyl floor covering for my kitchen and the bathroom before lockdown and they still look like new. Will now be placing another order to replace carpet in my hallway. I would highly recommend Best4Flooring, they are so helpful and quick to deliver. The prices are excellent. Well done Best4 !!!”

“Customer service was great - really helpful. Unfortunately, there were 2 issues with the order: 1. Delivery was 1 day late. DX tracking was of no help. Indicated that the delivery would be on time and gave no indication that the order would be delivered late. 2. The flooring had a hole / tear (see attached photo. Fortunately, it was close to an edge and could but cut out.”
