“Shocking returns process. Still waiting for my return. No1 knows where my parcel is that has been collected. Website is awful as the beading colour isn’t even shown.”

Good morning Heather, We have been in touch with the courier about this, and when collectioned was attempted there was no-one at the property and they couldn't get in touch by telephone either. If you still need your item collecting, please get in touch with our sales team. We do try to make our listings as clear as possible as the name of the beading matches the name of the flooring. However, we have a sales team that will be more than happy to help should you need further information.
