“Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I've been trying for 2 days to purchase something. As soon as I go to pay, I get prompted to choose a delivery day, but there's no option to choose anywhere on the page!!!”

“Purchase two rolls 2m x 6m (hallway) and 2m x 2m (bathroom) Both were laid by a professional floor layer. After floorlayer left , I noticed a mark on my bathroom floor (which is ingrained in the vinyl) I email this company with details invoice number and explanation. I waited over a week to receive a reply from “Michelle” to state I need to submit a complaints form! Complete the complaints form as requested and waited another week for a response where I had to email again asking where is my response as stated on their website they get back within 48 hrs!!The email I finally received was abrupt and rude and basically telling me I’m a “liar” and the mark could have been done by the fitter (which wasn’t the case at all) Absolutely appalling customer service and I will never use this company again totally shambolic”

Hi Robert, I'm sorry that you feel you have had bad service. We do include clear advice in our order confirmations to check your flooring for defects before fitting, as with all responsibility, we can't accept liability for visible defects after installation. If defects are spotted before installation, we can quickly rectify the issue.

“Five stars for Best4Flooring product and sadly a zero for their telephone answering service when I tried to find out about the promised Friday Express non delivery the answering machine was out of action, and yes I know DX have a separate system for “chat” enquiry service regarding deliveries but early Monday morning they said the delivery company had delivered the goods! The goods arrived later that day. It only takes a phone call to tell me the delivery was going to be delayed over the weekend, hardly an EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE!”

“Disappointed with sample colours and blurred marble affect. The colours were not the same as seen online, and more blue than green which is what we after. Sorry but actual material was ideal.”

“Ordered samples of vinyl flooring. Once I figured out the sample ordering, it was easy. The delivery was very quick too. Ideally, I'd like to be able to see on the website how thick the vinyl is (insulated or not) and whether textured or not, which would cut the number of samples I ask for”

“Service excellent, prompt delivery. However 2 out of 13 boxes of planks had been dropped on a corner, damaging the contents. The damage was inside the transport packing and not visible on delivery. I was able to use most of the damaged boards as part of cutting allowance but shouldn’t happen”
