“A very easy On Line Site to use, and an excellent Delivery Service, was contact 30mins, to let me know. The Customer Service is also very Good, contacted Best4flooring by email, and received an immediate reply. I would use this site again.”

“The Lino I chose looks fantastic on my bathroom floor . My dealings with best4flooring have been good, though I do think the delivery/ courier should be able to give clients an estimated time of arrival.”

We try our best to source the best couriers that we can to deliver to our customers. Due to the nature of the goods that we sell TNT are the best courier that we can use. Unfortunately, they do not currently have a system where they can contact customers before hand however, I do know that this is something that will eventually become common place. “We decided to buy from this company because of the excellent range of products and prices. After choosing our vinyl we sent off for a sample, this arrived in good time and at no time where we pressured by the company pursuing a sale. We eventually ordered 18 sq meters of Aspin vinyl. This again was delivered promptly with excellent advice of delivery. Flooring has yet to be laid but I am I confident it will be a worthwhile expenditure at a good price. So top marks to the company on its customer service and non pressure sales technique and customer communications.”

“Only gave 2 stars as I never received the vinyl adhesive I Payed £5.99 for...the vinyl itself is beautiful..other than the fact that it's not fitted properly due to not receiving my adhesive,I love it.”

Hi Kelsey, Sorry to hear that your spray adhesive did not arrive with your order, but thank you for bringing this to my attention. After speaking with TNT, they have confirmed that the spray adhesive was damaged in transit but nobody has notified ourselves of the issue so i can only apologise for the inconvenience.
