“This service was incredible. My order was delivered In less than 24h. The tiles I needed were not easy to find and massively overpriced with other retailers. Eventually I was able to purchase them for a fair price with free delivery.”

“In these uncertain time’s delivery of my samples was swift... I measured my floor and worked out the price for my flooring and will definitely be ordering from here, the price is unbeatable compared to other flooring companies..... definitely recommend 😁”

Hi Robert, Sorry to hear that your delivery has not arrived. I have chased this with TNT and they have confirmed that the goods have been lost in transit and I can only apologise that they have not notified ourselves of this issue. I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out today which will be delivered to you tomorrow. Kind Regards, Emma

“An answer to my request would be nice, only part delivered, needed to purchase underlay elsewhere, asked to collect underlay when it came and no response.”

“I am very upset . I requested parcel left in safe garage if U was at work ! As it happens I was only out 30 minutes I had no warning delivery imminent just that it was due Thursday . The TNT driver did not try to contact me did not leave at a neighbour both sides were in and willing to receive parcel . He just drove off leaving a note to re book delivery . I tried to call TNT to ask driver returns as only 25 minutes away . He did not come back . As such have not received and had a man arranged to lay Lino Thursday evening !!! Do not happy . TNT are the worse carriers never worry about clients !! My suggestion yes another carrier company .”
