“Simply cannot fault the service! Leak in the bathroom, needed a floor ASAP, price was reasonable, deliver was free and product was with me when promised, all while maintains social distancing in the midst of a global pandemic! Will most certainly be using again and recommended to family already”

“Received the samples very quickly, went to order On the same date received but 2 of the 3 samples sent but were out of stock Why send Samples when they can’t be ordered!”

Hi Christine, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and we can only apologise that two of the three free samples you ordered were out of stock. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, demand for flooring has been extremely high and our manufacturers are currently working on skeleton staff so supplies have been very limited of late.
