Hi Cherie, I'm sorry to hear that your free sample has not been delivered. The sample was dispatched on May 7th with Royal Mail who are experiencing delays due to Covid-19,so I can only apologise that this has not been delivered. If free samples have not been delivered within one week, we advise customers to contact sales@best4flooring.co.uk and we will happily dispatch replacements.
