All fine and helpful when advising and taking order. However, it was Delivered to wrong address! Now have logistical problems, workmen waiting at correct address for it. This is costing me time and money. Need it sorting ASAP.

Hi Alexander, I'm sorry that you feel that you needed to leave us a 1 star review. You have contacted us this afternoon asking for an update on your order, when we have tracked it with the courier it does state that the order was delivered on the day specified. Cannot comment on quality of flooring yet as it hasn’t arrived, paid for fastest delivery as I wanted to fit this weekend, tracked delivery driver and could see he was local at 17.09 carried on waiting as delivery scheduled before 17.45 tracked again at 18.00 and the item has been booked back in at their service centre @ 17.45 no call text or anything. I work with public on an appointment basis and there is no way I would leave someone waiting all day and not turn up It’s not the end of the world but it’s time I will never get back and a days leave wasted, if it turns up I will leave another review based on the quality

I have contacted the courier and they are investigating why your order was not delivered. I appreciate this doesn’t help you therefore I have refunded the next day delivery fee. The courier, DX, have confirmed that your item is back out for delivery to you today and should be with you by 11:46am. Two of 3 cushion vinyl arrived with puncture holes. One roll was unusable. No able to get phone reply constantly engaged. Sent e mail on Tuesday warning that fitting was on Friday no response. Have sent new e mail requesting replacement roll Today 2 o clock not hopeful of reply under the hour.

Placed order and was given a delivery date. This was missed and phone numbers on website did not work. Got a response via the online form that the goods had been collected and would be with me the following working day. This was again missed and again the phone numbers on the website failed to work. Then received an email saying the goods had been damaged and my order was cancelled! V.poor customer service.

Our phone lines are open between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, they can be extremely busy as to why you might not have been able to get through to us. I am sorry that your goods were damaged in transit, we didn't want the goods to be delivered to you in that condition. I'm so disappointed with the service i received. Through the website i chose a delivery date for my floor, and scheduled contractors to come and lay the floor then. Their automated email telling me that my order would not be delivered until a month after agreed date, went i to my junk mail so i didn't even receive it. Noone attempted to call me to tell me about it. I only found out on the day eaiting for delivery, when i checked with them where is the order. I was offered no apology for the delay. Frustrated i asked if i can change to floor to a differe one, to speed it up (was told same colour in different size is readily available and will be with me within 4 qorking days). I paid extra for it and then I had to move contractors a bit but thought at least i won't be without floor for over a month but only a week. But no, i once again get an email a day before (sent automatically again to my junk mail) that they have some delay again and once they have the order they'll let me know. I asked to raise a complaint as I'm just lost for words at this point. That was ignored. When i insisted was told i need to jump through the hoops to raise complaint. I haven't even gotten the floor yet bit the frustration is unreal. I wouldn't normally complai about things like that, but they specifically allow you to chose the date kn which you can get the order, no mention this is subject to availability or anything like that. I odered from this company specifically because they said they can deliver it on time. I wasn't offered any compensation, i had to ask for apology and i requedted multiple times for someone to call me - all in vein. Definitely never buying through them again and will never recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a sample, should have arrived 3rd November but still no sign went with another company as too late to wait any longer, hot tub being fitted tomorrow!!!

Hi Christine, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Our records show that you ordered a sample from ourselves on September 13th. This was shipped out to you with Royal Mail 1st class post on September 15th and we have had no correspondence from yourself since this date. Hi John, I can only apologise that you have not received your order but thank you for bringing this to my attention. TNT collected the item from ourselves on July 22nd and after speaking with them this morning, unfortunately the item has lost in their network so I'm sincerely sorry that nobody from TNT has notified you or ourselves about the missing item. The delivery is severely below my expectations. Waiting in all day from 8am to 7pm without notification. When the item failed to arrive I tried to contact the delivery company for information only to find they closed at 6pm. Then to expect me to stay in a further day waiting for delivery is not acceptable. I recognise the title of this feedback revolves around the website and staff but would like you to recognise the delivery problems

Ordered 5 rolls 4 delivered other roll still not delivered held up job for a week absolute shambles. If you are going to state when you are going to deliver something you should do it. If its the couriers fault get a new courier absolute shambles

Unfortunately, the flooring was not as described. The description and photos say this is a black and white tile effect. It isn’t. It’s beige and black. It’s been laid in my bathroom and looks terrible against white tiles on the walls. Very disappointed. Definitely nowhere near white. I’ll be replacing it when I can.

Never received the product on the estimate date given. Part of it was a delivery company they uses, has to cancel it in the end

I have chased this with TNT and they have confirmed that the goods have been lost in transit and I can only apologise that they have not notified ourselves of this issue. Ordered my floor and two bottles of adhesive, order turned quite quick and only received one bottle of adhesive, not able to ring so emailed them about it over a week ago but not heard a thing. Not very good service!!

I only requested some samples of vinyl flooring, which were free. However when they arrived they were coaster sized and did not fully represent the pattern. As such they were entirely useless!
