Haven’t received my item, been back and forward with customer services today was told couldn’t get a refund as it was bespoke order and still awaiting the order

Customer service is useless. I have been waiting for three weeks for a refund for a wrong order. I keep getting asked EVERY DAY for a tracking number and delivery which I have sent the tracking number being totally irrelevant as it was delivered back to them on 25 August. Time wasted and so frustrated just please get a grip and sort my refund!

Customer service was great - really helpful. Unfortunately, there were 2 issues with the order: 1. Delivery was 1 day late. DX tracking was of no help. Indicated that the delivery would be on time and gave no indication that the order would be delivered late. 2. The flooring had a hole / tear (see attached photo. Fortunately, it was close to an edge and could but cut out.

Shocking returns process. Still waiting for my return. No1 knows where my parcel is that has been collected. Website is awful as the beading colour isn’t even shown.

Good morning Heather, We have been in touch with the courier about this, and when collectioned was attempted there was no-one at the property and they couldn't get in touch by telephone either. If you still need your item collecting, please get in touch with our sales team. We do try to make our listings as clear as possible as the name of the beading matches the name of the flooring. However, we have a sales team that will be more than happy to help should you need further information.

I don't know whether Best4flooring products are good or not, as the Vinyl flooring I bought never turned up. They use a delivery company called DX Express. Four separate delivery dates were made, but no one ever turned up. Each time I waited in all day, or got a neighbour to do this. I even took the day off work once, and still no one showed. When I informed Best4flooring they immediately gave me a refund, so to be honest, they're probably not a bad company, but they have an unprofessional, unreliable delivery company. This is unfortunate, as I really liked the look of their products.

I bought 16 packs of LVT from this company. They hid the true product details under a sticker on one of the packs and with a bit of googling I found the items substantially cheaper elsewhere and they refused to refund the difference. Instead they want me to return the items at my expense. I quoted Distance Selling Regs and have had no reply. POOR. AVOID.

Hi Prasanna, As discussed, this product is rebranded by all flooring companies. We do not guarantee a price match, especially after goods have been delivered. As mentioned, you are welcome to return these items if you wish. As per distance selling regulations, we are not obliged to provide free returns. Hi Katharine, I have looked in to this and cannot see any correspondence from yourself regarding your delivery or a change of address. I stayed in all day, had a day off work, nothing arrived despite the emails telling me it was out for delivery! It does not matter how good your flooring if it cannot be delivered when you say it will.

Hi Enid, I can see you spoke to our support team regarding this, and they have confirmed your item was misrouted by the delivery company and they have this out on the next working day from when it was due. Unfortunately, this can happen with a very minute percentage of parcels and I do apologise it happened to you. We hope you are happy with your flooring once it arrives!

We ordered 4 sample pieces. We are still awaiting them to be delivered after a week and I have lost patience and interest in purchasing from this company

Hi David, Have you contacted our sales team regarding this at all? We send our samples out in the post so it is possible they could have been lost. If you contact our sales team they will be more than happy to send out a replacement.

Delivery driver caused damage to our newly decorated hallway. Company policy is to deliver to kerbside. They are blaming my daughter because she answered the door? Ongoing

Do not buy this vinyl product for a kitchen. The moment you spill anything that has any colour at all, chilli, beetroot, curry etc it stains immediately and permanently, and after a few short weeks needs to be covered by a mat. Its not fit for purpose for this room, and I would say for a bathroom, hallway or anywhere if theres any chance of contact with any product where a drop may stain it. Should not be so porous. Shame as i loved the colours, but after being down weeks its quite simply useless.

Hi, I am sorry that you are not happy with your flooring. Unfortunately, as stated on our website, this vinyl is not stain resistant to products which are likely to leave stains. Flooring has been placed in the kitchen and is not fit for purpose. The floor can not be cleaned as is not stain resistant. Customer service was terrible to be told this is not covered in the guarantee. If the flooring is not stain resistant this should be made clear before ordering

What an terrible and absolutely awful costumer service ! The same lady named clarisse pretending to be the costumer service provider and the manager. She had no idea what tiles were available on the website. She had no idea how the tiles looked like , why work in costumer service if you don’t want to help the costumers . Looks like she doesn’t want this company to do well . I was looking for plain tiles to match the patterned tiles The lady I spoke to categorically told me that they don’t do any type of plain tiles which was wrong information given to me and as I checked again and saw plain tiles I called again to ask for help and suggested that there are plain tiles, she then went back on her statement and started calling it as personal preference rather than admitting that she gave me wrong information . I only suggested that your company should invest in automated service as costumer care isn’t aware of tiles availability rather than apologising She was very rude and pretended to be the manager and hung up the phone . Cancelling orders shows extreme incompetence and arrogance of the company who is unwilling to take any sort criticism to make themselves better at their job !

Hi Kay, You spoke to one of our customer service team who advised that the tile you were enquiring about was not a completely plain tile and advised you to order a sample so that you could have your own opinion and to ensure that this tile was right for you. When you were not happy with this service and proceeded to shout and suggest that the team were incompetent, when we were trying our best to help you, the office manager then picked up the phone on behalf of the CS member that you spoke to, to advise that we would be ending the call as we have a zero tolerance policy when a customer is abusive towards our staff members, this is the reason we then cancelled and refunded your order, as was explained in an email to yourself. I've booked delivery date on Thursday. Received a message from whatever system or whoever said it will be delivered on Wednesday, I return the phone number and text back I'm not home and request again it must be delivered on Thursday. They just ignore your request and deliver as their convenience! Customer service is absolutely BAD! That "Emma" said never receive my message, and just re-schedule delivery to Friday ! No sorry, no apology. Seems like it's my fault of not being here waiting for their royal delivery to come. When you sent them back the screen shot of the messages back and forth. Emma told me that the system can't handle return message. So the message is one direction only and you have to do as they told you to, no objection. And you got punished and never get it the date you want! Don't bother to buy anything from Best 4 Flooring. Service is BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD. No star should be given, I give 1 star because it don't allow me to write the review if no star given. Very Very Very angry and unhappy customer.

I can see that no delivery date was chosen when you placed your order so we put this on a standard delivery of 3 working days as was requested when choosing your delivery option.
