“Ordering was easy, comms not as great (hence 4 stars) as I had to chase for a delivery date but they replied quickly and delivery was confirmed. It arrived when predicted and I got a text message the day before to give me a rough time so I was not hanging around all day for it! Flooring itself was packed well, design is as expected and it's already fitted in my bathroom - very pleased with it.”

“Ordered a sample and emailed straight away to let them know I missed a digit on my address. I received an email informing me that they will pass this on. Clearly no communication as I haven't received the sample. Doesn't give me confidence in ordering again”

Good Afternoon Margaret Thank you for leaving a review We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your samples. The information was passed to the samples team on the 20th May and can see that a shipping email was sent on the 21st of May showing that you samples had been shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number provided by Royal Mail only updates on the morning of the delivery or when delivered. I have checked the tracking details which confirms that Royal Mail has not yet attempted delivery. As we would expect the samples to be delivered by now it could be possible that they have lost in the postal system We do apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused . The samples have been raised again and you should receive them in the next few days. “Very pleased with Michelle in the CS team. The courier had attempted delivery but not to my house! Michelle liaised with the Courier Company and got my vinyl flooring delivered around 1.30pm today. She apologised on their behalf too. I had paid £14.95 for this delivery and it was due today. Well done Michelle.”

“Brilliant price and quality. Used for my sons spaceship themed sensory bedroom. Has a slight metallic sheen. Easy to fit myself, cut really well and laid over top of concrete, feels warm on feet. Quick delivery. (Pictures show with camera flash and without)”

“I am such am idiot. I just completed a review for Bset4flooring and stupidly named the company as Best4furniture. I will attempt a 2nd go at it. Their service is exceptional , second to none. I was assisted very efficiently by 2 young ladies, Chloe and latterly Michelle. Their Customer Service attitude is incredible. They went bout of their way to ensure that my order was delivered on time and in perfect condition. If I could give 10 Stars I would. As an 82 year old pensioner, I have rarely come across such a high degree of consideration from any company. I would obviously recommend Best4flooring for carpets and other household furnishings. They do more than "go the extra mile" in my opinion. The carpet I ordered is superb and in perfect condition. I will definitely be coming back to Best4flooring in the future.”
